Plan and deliver technical training that develops workforce skills and supports operational requirements, preferably in an Oil & Gas environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess training needs with technical and operational teams.
- Develop training materials, learning plans and assessment activities.
- Deliver technical training and coordinate training schedules.
- Track attendance, evaluate learning outcomes and maintain training records.
Salary & benefits
AED 12,000 per month

- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or any engineering discipline.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience; Oil & Gas experience preferred.
